Mental Health Week started with a whole school assembly at 9.30am on Monday 7th. Ms. O Driscoll and Ms. Murray ‘led’ the assembly. They showed the children different ways to breathe when they are worried or anxious. The story about the boy who was scared of swimming lessons explained how to be brave and not fearful when you are nervous or scared.

During Mental Health Week we hope to focus on having a positive attitude and healthy mind.  Tootle Tuesday, Thoughtful Thursday and Friendship Friday will bring us all together help us to achieve this.
